Structural Inserts

Sika offers a wide range of structural insert technologies that reinforce car body structures while delivering a variety of additional processes and performance benefits. Three-dimensional parts are designed with a SikaStructure® carrier to exacting geometries and then secured in body structures during assembly processes using a SikaReinforcer® thermo-epoxy foam or SikaPower® adhesive. Together, these technologies help create lighter weight, high-performance body structures, and allow for the creation of a new generation of car body concepts.
